Shotvio AI Studio sells access to AI product image generation credits and digital services.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refund requests may also be submitted directly to Paddle at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

Digital Service

Because generated images and credits are digital services, used credits are generally non-refundable once processing has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if a technical issue prevents access to the service and no credits have been used.

Due to the nature of digital AI-generated services, refunds cannot be issued after credits have been consumed or generations have been completed.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a platform error, Shotvio may restore the credit or provide another generation attempt.
